Taxi drivers robbed of passengers – Obertshausen and Mühlheim

(aa) A taxi driver was robbed of two passengers early on Sunday morning on arrival around 3:25 a.m. in Tempelhofer Strasse. The driver had recorded the perpetrators in Mühlheim in the Spessartstrasse / Gerhart-Hauptmann-Strasse area. On arrival in Hausen, he was threatened with a sharp object and robbed of his income. While a robber was 26 to 30 years old, the accomplice looked a little younger. The men were about 1.75 meters and 1.85 meters tall. Both wore black masks and were dressed in dark clothes. One perpetrator wore a hooded tracksuit. The criminal police in Offenbach asks for further information on 069 8098-1234.

Shortly after the complaint was filed, the case was almost resolved – Mühlheim

(aa) Even before a burglary was reported to the police on Sunday, the officers were on the trail of the perpetrators thanks to an attentive witness. That evening, the police identified a suspected burglar. At around 5.45 p.m., the whistleblower caught two men on the sports field there on Anton-Dey-Strasse who were fiddling with a safe and finally fled. The alarmed patrols secured the small safe and looked for the men who had fled with a good description. Less than an hour and a half later, residents of Roseggerstrasse reported a break-in in which a safe was stolen. In the course of the investigation, the suspicion was concentrated on a 21-year-old. Shortly afterwards, the officers seized evidence from the Mühlheimer. The suspect must now face criminal proceedings. The investigation continues.

Police are looking for two-tone, accident-damaged station wagon – Dreieich / Dreieichenhain

(aa) The police are looking for a two-tone station wagon (light and dark) after an accident escape on Sunday evening in Darmstädter Straße / An der Trift. At around 6 p.m., a 27-year-old was driving his black Subaru from Langen towards Sprendlingen. From the right on the street “An der Trift”, the station wagon also turned in the direction of Sprendlingen. The previously unknown driver lost control in the wet acceleration lane and hit the Subaru twice. Then the perpetrator fled again in the direction of Dreieichenhain, from which he actually came. The vehicle should also be damaged. The Subaru suffered damage of around 10,000 euros. The accident escape investigators are now looking for witnesses to the accident and ask for information on the location of the vehicle that caused the accident by calling 06183 91155-0.

Accident: Two children slightly injured in the car – Hainburg / Klein-Krotzenburg

(aa) Two children were slightly injured in an accident on Friday afternoon at the Bettenweg / Kettelerstraße intersection, with the suspicion that they were not properly secured in their mother’s car. According to initial findings, the 34-year-old had not paid attention to the right of way of a Mercedes Vito coming from the right from Ketttelerstrasse in her Toyota around 2.40 p.m. on Bettenweg. There was a clash, with the Hainburger and the 20-year-old Mercedes driver from Obertshausen remaining unharmed. The eight-year-old daughter, on the other hand, suffered a hematoma on her forehead and the three-year-old sister suffered slight redness and pain on her shoulder. The Yaris and Vito suffered damage of around 9,500 euros. Witnesses please contact the Seligenstadt police on 06182 8930-0.

Dark station wagon drives away – cyclists slightly injured – Hanau / Kesselstadt

(fg) A 30-year-old cyclist suffered minor injuries on Friday morning in an accident at the intersection of Gustav-Hoch-Straße / Frankfurter Landstraße. The person who caused the accident, who is said to be the driver of a dark station wagon, simply drove on. According to current knowledge, the cyclist was on Gustav-Hoch-Strasse in the direction of the city center, while the driver was also on the Frankfurter Landstrasse in the direction of the city center. At the intersection, the driver who had to wait apparently overlooked the 30-year-old driving on the cycle lane, so that there was a collision. The unknown driver left the fallen cyclist and drove away. Right of way is regulated on site by a kinking priority road from Gustav-Hoch-Straße to Frankfurter Landstraße, so that the cyclist was on the cycle lane on the right-of-way street. The damage to the e-bike is estimated at around 350 euros. Witnesses of the accident escape, which occurred around 5.30 a.m., please contact the investigators of the accident escape group on 06183 91155-0.

Two criminal charges on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs – Langenselbold / Dietzenbach

(fg) A 22-year-old man from Neuberg received two criminal charges on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs late on Sunday evening and early Monday morning. At around two o’clock, a patrol crew from the Langenselbold police motorway station drove on Autobahn 45 in the direction of Gießen. In the four-lane area, the highways 45 and 66 run parallel for a short distance there, the patrol noticed a gray 5-series BMW with Hanauer license plates; In this case, the license plate lighting and the direction indicators seemed to be defective. The officials therefore decided to carry out a traffic control, which was ultimately carried out near the Langenselbold motorway triangle. The 22-year-old driver stated directly that he was just coming from Dietzenbach from the local police station. The reason for the stay there was a blood sample because of drunkenness in traffic. However, since a voluntarily carried out breath alcohol test showed a value of zero per thousand, the patrol became skeptical and turned to the colleagues at the police station in Dietzenbach. It was found that the 22-year-old had received a criminal complaint shortly before midnight on suspicion of driving under narcotic drugs and that it was pointed out that continuing the journey and another traffic control by the police would result in further legal consequences. At the police station in Dietzenbach, the young man had already given a blood sample. Since the young man from Neuberg got behind the wheel shortly afterwards, a second criminal complaint follows. In addition, the 22-year-old had to surrender his driver’s license after consulting the responsible public prosecutor.
