1. Fire in the underground car park – Offenbach
Numerous emergency messages about heavy smoke development from an underground car park in Nordring 10 caused the fire brigade and the police to work on Friday evening. It was found that a scooter caught fire in the parking garage for reasons that were not known up to now. The fire then spread to a car parked next to it. Both vehicles burned out completely. The Offenbach fire brigade was able to extinguish the fire without affecting other vehicles or parts of the building. Residents were never acutely endangered. Witnesses told of three people who were previously observed in the area of the fire scene and who may be connected to the incident. 1. Assault on the supermarket – Bad Soden Salmünster
When three employees of an EDEKA branch in Salmünster left the supermarket on Friday evening after it had closed, they were surprised by a robber in front of the entrance. He threatened the three women with a knife, forced them back into the market and there to surrender cash from the daily income. After stowing his loot in a cloth bag, the perpetrator fled the market and disappeared across the parking lot on foot. The three women attacked were unharmed. They described the robber as male, around 40 years old, around 180 cm tall, strong, wearing black sweatpants, a dark hooded sweater and dark shoes with white soles. The police accept references from witnesses on 069 – 8098 1234 and at any other police station.
2. High-quality cars stolen – broken boxes
On the night of Friday, unknown perpetrators stole two Audi, model Q7 cars from different parts of the city. While a gray Q7 disappeared from its parking space on the street in Bruchköbel, the black Q7 stolen in Roßdorf was parked in the owner’s yard. There are currently no reports of the perpetrator. Potential witnesses are asked to call the criminal police on 069 – 8098 1234 or any other police station.
