INDEX CHANGE / Tele Columbus replace Rhön Clinic in the SDAX | 10.07.20

ZUG (Dow Jones) – The shares of Rhön-Klinikum AG leave the SDAX unscheduled and are replaced there by the shares of Tele Columbus AG. As a result of the takeover of the clinic operator by Asklepios Kliniken GmbH & Co. KGaA, the free float of the Rhön-Klinikum falls below 10 percent, as the index operator Stoxx announced. Therefore, the rules provide for the shares to be removed from the index. These changes will take effect at the start of trading on July 14, 2020. The next date for the scheduled review of the DAX index family is September 3, 2020.
